We can review all your policies and procedures including employment contracts and help you to organise your organisation. We will assist you with grievance procedures and employment tribunal avoidance.

Volunteers, trustees and staff all need reviews, we can advise on various appraisal systems for your group. We also offer a service around staff/team recruitment, redundancy situations and trustee support & recruitment and training to suit all.
